Our mission is to provide delicious, healthy, premium quality, gluten free and allergy friendly cookies,cakes,brownies and other confections made without the use of wheat, gluten, dairy, butter, soy, peanuts, artifical colors & flavors. We use the finest selection of premium organic and natural ingredients selected from certified organic growers who are committed to the highest environmental standards. Everything in our bakery is made fresh from scratch in a dedicated gluten free facility and baked to order, for guaranteed freshness. Our products are packaged in convenient eco-friendly containers.

History
Truly Wize was born out of Chef/Founder Caren Weaver passion for baking and her quest to create healthier desserts for her children. Through years of  research, Weaver became deeply committed to sustainable agriculture and its direct impact on our health and environment. The decision was made only the finest organic and natural ingredients would be used in our handcrafted gluten free gourmet products. As a former New York chef who was trained at the Culinary Institute of America, Weaver possesses the highest standards for pure, fresh ingredients. She personally selects every ingredient used in our Pennsylvania kitchen. She Truly loves her work, which shows in every bite of her delicious creations.  The recent evolution into the gluten free market, was when a good friend of Caren was diagnosed with Celiac Disease. Caren wanted to create gluten free products, that her friend could TRULY  enjoy.  It had to taste just like conventional products, 'cause life without gluten doesn't mean deprivation.
